We got this to replace the one on our food truck. It's a tad smaller, but the wattage is lower and cooks the same, if not better, than our other one. Easy to clean, heats up quick and has pretty even heat across the board. If getting for a mobile unit, be careful! There are no magnets or anything to hold it down. We just put it on the floor before we take off. It may have been forgotten once or twice 😬 but still works like new!

The only drawback of this griddle is it’s weight. It is very heavy for a reason. IT’S AMAZING!!! I’ve bought a bunch of sub par crappy Walmart griddles in the past. The griddles would last a year or so and get all scratched up. They all heat unevenly. This griddle is everything those aren’t and couldn’t be. This is the griddle that all portable griddles aspire to be. Heats very evenly, has a nice backsplash, a great drain pan. I love this griddle. Simply spectacular.

I have used this for about half the meals since I bought it. The directions were virtually useless, but the machine itself seems to work very well. I didn’t do a good enough job priming the griddle and got some discoloration after the first use, bought some cleaner and 90% of that is fixed.Pros:1.it’s a good sized cooking area2. The heat distribution is certainly hotter in the middle, but that isn’t always a bad thing, as you can push your veggies to the side, still have them cooking but at a slightly less temperature.3. Get a good scraper, and some heat resistant gloves...clean up after cooking takes about 5 minutes.4. I have done breakfast, hibachi, burgers, philly steaks....this is a very versatile piece of equipmentCons:1. Season the grill, watch a YouTube video, before you use it.2. It takes a few minutes to heat up3. As mentioned, there are hot spots4. It’s good sized, it almost needs its own counter spot5 the cord is pretty short

I'm a retired chef... Cooking at home I've bought ceramic griddles... Not Impressed !!...THIS IS OF RESTAURANT Grade and durability I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A Restaurant kitchen again...LOVE IT...!!!! EASY TO CLEAN....(even without a cleaning kit) if you know how....

We love this griddle. Use it almost every day. My only complaint is the temperatures are in Celsius. I put the Fahrenheit temperatures where they convert to Celsius on the griddle with paint marker.

We love this stainless griddle. It is perfect for pancakes and grilled sandwiches and heating up cooked burgers and pizza. We keep it at heat 302 degrees to prevent burning. This 302 degrees is perfect for temperature control. The heat distribution is awesome. It is perfect!!!

This griddle, after less than a year of use, almost caught my house one fire. The switch malfunctioned and when I plugged it into the wall it shorted out and there was a huge flash and flames. I’d really like to be able to return it.

Bigger than expected! Chef quality! Happy I bought it!
