I just drink this in the morning after drinking, and honestly, it makes a huge difference. Whenever I wake up after a night of drinking with that familiar pounding headache and dry-mouth fog, this is the first thing I reach for.Within 20–30 minutes of drinking it, the headache starts to fade. It helps rehydrate me quickly and seems to calm the tension and pressure in my head better than painkillers alone ever have. I don’t feel jittery or over-caffeinated — just clearer, more alert, and way more human. I don’t even have to take Advil anymore.It also helps with the other hangover symptoms: that heavy, sluggish feeling, slight nausea, and overall exhaustion. We live in Las Vegas and the heat is just starting to get up to triple digits and after trying many other products to keep my kids and husband hydrated this is by far the best product and so i am buying again, I bought these last year for my husband and son as they both work construction, and for my younger kids for school as the have ROTC and soccer, and they are the best. They give them the rehydration they need without the extra surgers from Gatorade or powerade and all have said that with one packet they can feel a difference with there body's.During the summer months they take two packets a day one in the morning before work or school and then one in the middle of the day with lunch/games, Doing it this way they have said keeps them feeling great, not exhausted and more important there body's dont feel ill from the heat. As a mom and wife I will continue to buy Cure and keep it handy for my kids and husband.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Honestly one of the best electrolyte drinks out there. Having a medical condition that you pass out a lot from not being hydrated this comes in handy a lot. If you are trying to workout but get dizzy easy or have issues with working out, this helped a lot. I put less water in than it says but its worked for me when I put the drink under my tongue for a min first. I dont get the gross taste after like some drinks do.

Good flavor. Most important to me was low sugar content.

This product isn’t bad tasting at all. I found that I did need to add a little more water than suggested since it was a little strong on the flavor for me. Other than that I would be getting it again

Tastes better than any of the pre-mixed hydration beverages I've tried (and I've tried most of them), and the coconut water base imparts an almost-creamy flavor. It mixes easily even without using one of those mixing shakers.I was having a dehydration headache, mixed up one of these babies, drank it down, experienced almost immediate relief, so they seem pretty darned effective to me.I will definitely purchase again, and there is a very good flavor selection.

I, personally, do not like the flavor. It was too salty tasting. I am sure it probably hydrates well and is better than gatorade and powerade. I noticed no focus or energy level change. Not for me.

Love this mix and how great it makes me feel. Very subtle lemon flavor. Wish it came at a lower and more affordable price more often.
