I am 5’10 165 slightly barrel chested .. what size would be best ? m or l?

I'm 5'11 and the same weight (165 lbs). I bought a small and it fit perfectly.

How do you clean the jacket? Can it be machine washed?

Personally I wouldn't machine wash it. I'd wash it by hand and hang dry it.

Yes! I’m 5’7 and 240 and an XXL fits great with some wiggle room.

Hello I ordered a large I am 6 foot 2 140 lb will it fit or do I need a bigger size?

I am 6 foot 3, 150lbs, and an XL fits me almost perfectly.
