I suffer from a sensitive bladder and this has helped with the pain associated with it. It takes about a week before feeling the full effects from it. So just be consistent and you'll feel the benefits.

I was diagnosed through surgery with interstitial cystitis and I started taking these regularly. They started helping writhing just a few weeks and eventually my pain was so much better I actually didn’t even need to continue taking them. I had a second surgery that showed my IC was gone.
