Sweet Candy Company Salt Water Taffy, Vanilla Flavored - 3 Lb Bag

OMG a new favorite. As someone else remarked the flavor reminds me of marshmallow - not a vanilla. However they are smooth and creamy texture in your mouth - almost like eating a gooey marshmallow from over the campfire without the burnt outside :.) . Taffy that doesn't stick to your teeth (for very long and just a little). They will just melt in your mouth. I'm sure if you get a bad/old batch they might do some damage to your teeth but mine came white, fresh, soft and is just a great tasting Taffy. I liked them so much I ordered a second package for company coming in this next week (the first bag is all mine!) I ordered them from Zerbert.

Awesome. Reminds me of the old county fair that used to be back home 30 years ago. Definitely spot on flavor. Maybe the company will sponsor my my fitness training that I eat this as my sugar load after a good gym session. I'm on my 2nd - 3 pound bag surely I'll buy a bag once a month long as the flavor stays good.

I ordered this taffy and it arrived quickly and without any package damage. One taste of this delicious taffy and I was hooked. The sweet vanilla comes through and the texture is smooth and delightful. This is the best taffy I have ever tasted. It did not last very long :) I highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering vanilla salt water taffy for months yet this last order a lot of them taste like black licorice .. which is my least favorite . They need to be careful storing taffy unless someone mixed up my order . They are definitely half “black licorice “ taffy mixed with vanilla ones ... I will be contacting customer service ... I’m sure it was an accident .

Awful! It was sticky and awful taste!!! Melted! Can't sent the mess back cause it was opened!!!!

Oh, yummy! Vanilla salt water taffy is extremely hard to find and I'm so happy I ran across this offering on Amazon. They arrived in good shape, although gooey due to the hot weather (almost 100 degrees) we're having. But a short stint in the refrigerator solved that and they are fine at room temperature. I'm sure I OD'ed on them yesterday when they arrived...they are delicious...and a great buy, as well!

I had recently purchased a small bag of Very Vanilla Salt Water Taffy from the Taffy Shop. The flavor was amazing but they didn’t sell larger quantities so I went looking elsewhere. I found this and the reviews were mixed but favorable. I was looking mainly for texture: soft but not melt in your mouth gooey and flavor: g undeniably vanilla with a hint of salt just like you used to get at the fair. The texture is spot on! Soft but not too soft. The flavor , however, was a bit too salty for my taste. It saltiness really kind of over-powered the vanilla so much that it was difficult to recognize. Perhaps I will get used to it-3 pounds of the stuff will definitely last me a long while!
