No. Lia Griffith crepe paper is a German brand. Manufactured by Werola in conjunction with American crepe paper manufacturers Dennecrepe. It is a 160 gram paper.

Does this set include directions for peonies? Or which flower do the instructions show? What is the name of the lightest pink color?

The lightest pink color is Blush. She does have templates behind the cover sheet. It looks like the peony is the featured flower on the cover sheet, therefore the templates should be the peony. Also the colors are listed from right to left on the cover sheet, just zoom in and you can read them.

Can you use a paper punch with this weight of crepe?

I have tried using paper punches with various weights of crepe paper and it never worked for me.
