Is this shipped in a box or bag?

Shipped in a bag. I ordered 2 I believe. The the first came in a bag crushed. Amazon refunded for the 1st hat. 2nd hat came crushed in a bag even after informing amazon of packing issue, The second hat was more deformed than the the first. It's hit or miss with packages from Amazon. Order at your own risk.

Do these have a green underbrim

How can I make sure this is packaged and shipped in a box? I do not want a squished, deformed hat, even if it is only 12 bucks.

Mine came squashed the first time. It came in a soft envelope. I complained about the poor packaging and another was sent also squashed in a soft envelope. It appears that asking common sense packing falls on dead ears and or computer scrrens. Hope this helps order at your own risk.

Are these actually mid crown or high? It says mid in description but some reviews say “definitely a tall crown”?

Its definitely a MID. There are far taller "steamboat" type crowns. I believe this hat to be a perfect mid.

Super good hat

Really good quality flat Bill hat. I used it to have our logo embroidered on it and it's so good. I'm ordering a bunch more. I don't know if you can get better quality at such a price. It's a snapback but has a low flex in it as well making it really comfortable.
