Small is "For all kitchen knives up to 13cm/5" long"
It's semi-universal. I looked everywhere in the description for what small means. I didn't find out until the knife guard arrived and it said up to 13cm/5 inches long. And I'm looking for a knife guard for my 8" Global chef's knife. So here you go - no need to look everywhere for the information.

Space savers and protectors
Love these sleeves. Have purchased a bunch of these from Amazon. I have limited drawer space and a ton of knives I have purchased as well as inherited from relatives who have passed on. These sleeves protect the blades and preclude having to use those clunky knife holders that take up a ton of drawer and or counter space. I have generally found 3 sizes that have fitted all sizes of the knives I own. Its also more economical than those massive holders.
