I have been treating my diabetic neuropathy for about 27 years, before most doctors knew there were even the few weaker OTC medications, that could be added to the Patient taking a reasonably strong dose of either Lyrica or Neurontin-prescription meds that are best for nerve pain. Don't be fooled into thinking that narcotics like Morphine, or Percocet will help because they dont work on Neuropathy pain. If your pain is mild, just a slight tingling, I suggest starting with one of the many other weaker strength OTC Medications for that pain, because you will have to accept some lifestyle changes to use the Capzasin in photo 1, which is 0.1% cream. I was on the maximum dose of Lyrica pills daily, so I had been able to use other brands that dont burn at first, or re-burn if you are standing out the sun too long. But I had renal failure, so, my Lyrica had to be reduced, & my Neuropathy went haywire for the 1st time in many years, so I decided it was time to go back to that Capzasin in Photo 1, my doctor agreed. There is one different medication that is stronger. I tried 3 bottles of it, but it is in the form of a 0.2% roll on gel, which was stronger than Capzasin. I discovered that whether it is this or any of the others brands, so far, the gels dont last as long or work as well as the creams of weaker strength. The cream gives best results. When your Neuropathy is severe you won't mind that you cant be in hot sun too long, ir have to watch when you apply before & after bathing 🚨VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU DON'T USE THIS MEDICINE REGULARLY, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE THAT NEW USE-SLIGHT BURN FEELING! USE IT DAILY & ,SOON THAT SENSATION LEAVES! Be sure to wash your hands, or use gloves to put this on, it will burn hard if you get it on your body in other places! 🚨GET THIS: I discovered a new detail by a wrong order. On one picture they have the creme but you end up getting Photo No.2 Capzasin Gel-0.025%, which is a far weaker strength, & it is a gel as well. Amazon nicely sent the correct tubes to me, but said, keep the gel or give it away. I had to use some gel to help hold the pain down, til the correct tubes of creme arrived. Still with my Lyrics reduced, my feet would not let me sleep more than 2 hours at a time. I tried some of everything! SUDDENLY, I realized, when I DID GET the creme in, that having THE WEAKER GEL ON WITH THE STRONGER CREAM, was allowing me to rest again for the 1st time in months!!! The combination seen in photo no. 3. This will be valuable info when your neuropathy advances as far as mine has! May you all be blessed!

I sent 2 messages on this already and haven’t heard back. The product is not what in ordered in the past and the sponge on top came off after 2 uses. A total waste of money in won’t buy this again as the formula has obviously changed

I was crazy about the sponge tip, it is the best I ever found, BUT it broke off midway through the tube. Maybe when I open the second tube the sponge will last as long as the product. I use it for nerve pain on my feet especially.

The real plus here is the applicator that keeps me from getting the gel on my hands and then in my eyes. The gel reduces the pain of my neuropathy, but does not give total relief. the sponge applicator has to be treated with careful tenderness, otherwise it comes off. But all in all, it is the best thing that I have found so far.

My mom loves this stuff. She's 72 with bad knees and could hardly walk. But when she uses this, she is able to get up and walk around like normal. So surprised that this over the counter really does work. Years she's been in severe pain. It's worth buying for anyone who suffers with arthritis.
