TIDL Cryotherapy Instant Cooling Topical Pain Relief Spray, 3 fl oz

This works wonders. Quickly absorbs, not greasy. A little goes a long way. I have used many topical pain formulas but this one is next level. It last for hours. I use it on my shoulder that I injured. I use it on my neck when I have migraines. It’s cooling and warm at the same time. It is the only thing that gives me relief with my headaches. Just spray it on and it gets to work.

Great for recovery or pain. Cooling effect is strong. Makes you forget of your pain. Only dislike is the smell of the spray. Besides that it is a great spray for pain relief compared to other brands.

Great pain relief for back!

I have purchased Tidl twice and it works very well. I just opened the one with the new spray cap and it is really lousy. It doesn’t open properly and when I did get it to work it had a poor spray, ended up putting it on my hands and applying directly to sore back , but now I have to be careful not to touch my face because the menthol solution does not wash off.. please return to the original spray can. October 26, 2024 I feel the need to update my review. I was contacted by the TIDL founder Shan Umer asking me if he could send me a replacement for my TIDL Cryotherapy spray, I responded that it was unnecessary and I would still continue to buy and use the product despite not liking the spray cap. I was so surprised when I received a box from the TIDL team with a replacement for my original purchase and found a tube of Heat Therapy, and TIDL morning therapy spray as well. I recommend all of these products now that I have used them all. In this day of generally lousy customer service in all sectors I was so impressed with a personal message from the founder of the company and additional items he sent me. I have even come to like the new spray cap after using it for awhile. If you need pain relief, use TIDL products, they really work.

Seems to work pretty well, but the smell is really overpowering! Don’t inhale this stuff it will destroy your mucus membranes… I spray it on only when I’m outside-the fumes are really awful!

It works!

Easy to use, smells wonderful and alleviates muscle pain. I just received my 2nd container and feel it is a fair price and is effective for minor aches and pains.
