Spring broke after one use-arrived on Monday and it is now Friday-would like to see how quickly a replacement can be sent but the only option on Amazon is a return and I don’t have the box nor do I want to return it I’d rather just throw it away and them fix the issue and hopefully the next one is more sturdyUpdate-received the 2nd one I needed up sending back the broken one, haven’t used it yet but I did put dish soap in it, well,the next day the dish soap dropped out of the dispenser and into the dish on its own. It seems to have slowly dripped through out the day. Not a well made product, found the same thing different brand and it works great.To anyone considering buying this -there are other brands of the same exact product that will probably work out better they may be a dollar more but probably worth it.

I absolutely fell in love with this soon as it arrived. The only issue I noticed right away was how easily the base came apart. I would have hoped it would have been a little more secure.Yet four days of use and the bristles started coming out. Not just one or two but an entire clump. I literally have about 5 empty holes where the bristles use to be. 😞

I really love the brush holder to keep my countertop clean, but this brush is not sturdy enough to clean my dishes. Bristles are flimsy. I would not purchase this again.

I threw this away. It was so cute tho!!! The probleom was the bristles they were too soft. I couldnt sctub anything to get food off. Know if your using this you could only clean dishes that have nothing on it, like just to get it soapy. Cause this little thing didnt last a week with my dishes and I barely eat lol. I mostly use paper plates and spons lol.

The holder needs a suction cup holder. It kept sliding around and coming apart when I tried to put the brush back on it. I had to hold it still to put the brush back. It's a nuisance and not convenient/helpful enough to be useful.I must add to this review that the brush cracked/split. Bristles went everywhere.UPDATE!A few wks after I wrote the first review, the brush fell on the kitchen floor and split wide open. What kind of plastic is this made of that splits when it hits a tile-covered wood floor. I couldn't believe it when I picked it up and bristles started falling. I was so upset I just threw it in the trash. What sort of plastic cracks that easy? I've never seen plastic crack/split when dropped before. It's light weight too.

Product Quality: I loved this soap brush at first however within a month the plastic on the brush cracked. I was able to continue using it for the next couple of months but the crack kept getting worse and the bristles started to fall out and now the brush will no longer stay connected to the soap dispenser piece.Customer Service: I reached out and was told that I could purchase replacement brushes through their site but that they are backordered for 2 weeks. I clicked the link and it says they would arrive in 2 months and the shipping isn't free unless you have a $25 order so basically its cheaper for me to just buy a whole new brush elsewhere.

I got one of these really cheap about two years ago. I was not sure if i would like it or not. Two years later, I only use them. Nothing else. Washing dishes has become a lot easier. I soak my silverware for about five minutes and the brussels do the rest. I always had trouble getting between the prongs of the forks, Not with this thing. It last a long time. I also like the holder and drip tray. These work so good on my frying pans. Easy clean up. I only bought these for a back up. My original one is still going strong. They last a long time. This is one of those hidden treasures.

It is so easy to use this scrubber and the bristles help to get that extra crud off that you have to scrub off if you are using a dishrag. I love that I can put the soap in it and just use water and get my dishes clean. I only have this 4 stars because the stand that it comes with was broken OR poorly made. Needles to say I still use it to keep water from running everywhere when I am done and I didn't replace it just in case they all are like this: why waste time sending it back when the device itself is useful and the price was good too.
