For quite some time, I had been experiencing foot pain and numbness that was terrible to live with... I had lost 54 pounds, after exercise and a controlled diet, and my doctor told me that because of this,particularly the yoga, that my posture had changed, therefore, I was standing differently. She believed that this had something to do with my foot pain, so she recommended that I get new shoes that would support my feet better. So, I did that... It helped a bit, but I was still having foot pain. So, I began to do some research on my own, and I realized that I might have nerve damage. In my research, as a fluke, I just happened to type in nerve pain into Amazon, and up popped Neuropaquell. I read the description and the reviews, and decided that I'd give it a try. I have to tell you that it's been 23 days since I started taking it, and I am experiencing feeling in my toes. The pain is almost gone, and just yesterday, I completely forgot about by feet, because they felt NORMAL! I am so excited about continuing with this product, and hopeful that by the end of summer, this episode with my feet pain and numbness will be just a memory. I have had PN problems for years and have studied in detail supplements that help. I use this product because it contains all of the basic items in a good combination that I believe (know) that help. The primary ingredient that is the most meaningful is Benefotiamine the other B vitamins support it, it is also important that the methylcobalamine form of B12 be included. The herbs included are also quite helpful in particular Skullcap extract helps me. Just a comment, I finally found the cause of my PN to be gluten sensitivity. If you are struggling with PN and have not been able to identify a cause consider having a gluten sensitivity test such as the Enterolabs type of sensitive test (typical blood tests provided by conventional doctors did not help me find this). There is some doubt about the Enterolabs test being overly sensitive, in my case I scored very high for sensitivity. A simple test is to completely stop gluten (also at the same time dairy) for a period of at least 2 weeks and see if there is a difference. Doing this for me was a small miracle after years of suffering. It is necessary to stop 100% and it takes careful reading of labels to make sure that ALL gluten is eliminated as even a small amount will cause a reaction. The doctor who had me take the gluten test also gave me a scientific article that documented a test of people with unknown caused PN and over 50% of the participants tested positive for gluten sensitivity, this is not well understood by conventional doctors and most likely a conventional doctor will not help identify this.

I have try different products similar to this one and found this one works. When I first order it I took 2 in the morning and 2 before bed to build up in my system. Just in one week I notice a difference in my condition. So I did that for one month and then I cut it down to three per day at different times and after two more weeks I change it one more time to two per day. It works for me. I have not taken my doctors prescription for now two months. It a great product and I will continue to order it. I am no expert by far but I do know what works for me. If your thinking of trying it I hope it works for you knowing that people have different conditions it may work for you or not but give it at least 60 day trail to see if it does. I do not work for this company and if it did not work for me you would hear about it from me. So no problem with this product for me and it beets the doctors prescription and no side effects either and that great and my doctor thinks it great. good luck hopes it works for you as well. This is a update this product is a little high price for me I can take other things and get same results and cheaper. I love to see them discount it then I come back and buy it. It did help as point out but I did have to go back to my prescription as well.

Being only 11 days post-op I have sought out to hear of a success stories as I see about this product. I hate reading about the many posting all over the internet about failed stories. My story in particular: my doctors in my town kept blowing me off for over a year. I slipped on ice in a 5K road race. It started that day for one year of progressive hell. I am a 37 year old female elite athlete in very good condition. 5 feet 9 and 135 lbs. Have run from 50-75 miles per week with personal bests of 4:36 mile, 15:47 5K, 33:10 10K, 1:29 25K, and 2:39 Marathon. I was a 5 time All-American for the University of Michigan. I have recently qualified for the Olympic Trials in 3 events. I am also a full time PE teacher, coach, and mother of four young children. I kept asking the doctors to give me more assistance but they continued to pump me with more prescriptions pushing me to the next specialist who would take months to schedule for. My leg started to really start becoming numb only two weeks ago. It was on a day that our family was up north 3 hours from our home. The pain was the most excruciating that I have experienced. My husband took me to the ER where they gave me a shot of Dilaudid. They sent me home for it only to worsen that night. He had the ambulance take me where they gave me more Dilaudid via IV. I hope that within a few months I will be able to resume light exercise, yoga, weight lifting, and of course go for a jog.
