Im not sure as to how the sizing of glasses go but I would say my head is around medium and it fits perfectly and comfortably.

Is this sunglasses really polarized? my one never change the lens tint darkness under the sun or in a room.

I would say the are a medium large. They do have the springs in the temples, but the lens are large at best not extra large. Sorry don't have them with me to get an exact size.
