Innoflex Glucosamine with Chondroitin, Msm, Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen, 1500mg

Innoflex is AMAZING. I am in my late 20s and have always had problem with my knees. Always had issues with cracking and pain and this was recommended to me by my personal trainer. It tastes terrible, I wont lie, but this is my second container of it and I can tell the difference when I am taking it versus when I dont take it at all. My joints are in less pain, I am able to workout without discomfort. I do a LOT of weights and squats so this really does help a lot.

Over the years I've tried 2 cans of Animal Flex, 3 bottles of Athlete's Joint Restore, 5 months of cissus and 3 months of Nutrabio Extreme Joint Care. This has worked the best of all of them. There wasn't an immediate reduction of pain. It took about 3-4 weeks before I noticed anything. The tendonitis pain in my elbow has nearly disappeared. Joint pain in my knees has noticeably decreased but it's still there. I stopped taking it after awhile just to see what would happen and sure enough the pain returned to normal in about 3 days. No real evidence of actual joint restoration or strengthening thus far, just pain reduction, which is about all that I expected anyway. Mixes relatively easily in a blender bottle. Foams up a lot so it's best when used in a bigger blender bottle with a tight lid that won't pop off. I usually let it sit a little awhile after shaking to let the foam die down. It has a good lemon-lime flavor and is not too sweet. I don't hesitate to drink it like a lot of other supplements I've purchased over the years. No side effects either. Directions are to take before or between meals to increase absorption. Overall, it's been a good experience and I'll continue to use it unless something better comes along.

I wrote this email to Innoflex and never received a response: I am very disappointed in your Innoflex product, which I have been using for several years. The jar I had before my recent reorder ended up with a congealed, concrete clump stuck to the bottom of the jar, wasting about a quarter of the contents. Now, the powder in my current jar smells and tastes so rancid that it is inedible. It made me gag when I tried to swallow it.
