Nice little hoop
I used this on hoodie sleeves. I still needed to open the sleeve seam and it gave enough room for the hoop.

Very Pleased
Really pleased with this little guy. I feel like embroidery hoops are ridiculously overpriced and I wasn’t willing to pay $100 plus for a small hoop. I embroidered a one inch pumpkin with my Baby Lock Flare and it worked perfectly. I’m excited to experiment more with this hoop and my machine.

Works great. Only giving 4 stars because it really needs a few more magnets to hold your item in place. The ones that came with it though are very strong

It does the job!!
My tendentious was telling me it was time to get a 5x7 magnetic hoop! I do a lot of Machine Applique & was hesitant if the magnets would hold with the constant handling. I stitched out several patterns through the hoop and it was fine. I did want to share, the hoop does brush the surface of my machine with little clearance, so I added a sticky strip of velcro (the soft side, not the loop side) on the long side and it is now PERFECT! 🧵

Check the position of the hole on hop with actual pin from amazon.
Depends on the way the actual embroidery hoop is made. The pins from amazon were not applicable to the the holes made on hoop. No way to loosen the hoop to the thickness of fabric being used.

okay but misleading sizes.
the sizing seems to be a bit misleading. The size stated is the hatched part inside the picture of the hoop, not the hoop frame dimensions!
