I presume you are talking about bar width? The bar width is 16 gauge. The lower the number, the larger the holes. What people generally call standard size is around a 20 gauge. That’s the size of the posts /bar from commercial places like Claire’s, for example. The bar length is a 6mm on this Yadoca set. I wear a 6mm length in both my lobes and cartilage piercings. You may need a little linger bar depending on the anatomy of your ear. They do differ in shape and size. But, I think a 6mm length is standard. I really like the variety of looks this set brings. This is the first set I purchased from amazon. It’s a good starter set.

Can u use these immediately after piercing?

You can I guess, but I would not. I would just use simple piercing jewelry, so you can monitor cleaning fresh piercings and observe the healing process. With simpler jewelry, you can tell quicker if something is going wrong.
