Yes... worked great. Hold your ear or nose before yanking. Works better if the skin doesn’t “give” when you pull.

On scale 1-10 how painful is it ?

1 being painless and 10 being painful, I'd say it's a 2. You feel it happen but it doesn't hurt. You just can't hesitate on the pull. Really go for it.

Can it be used on lip & chin?
