The brackets were easy to install and work great! The best thing about this brackets is that they hold the ladder in place with pressure from a rubber pad which goes under the mount. Since they are new it will interesting to see how they hold up after a few seasons, but brand new, they are great. The only weird thing was that the ladder and mounting brackets came without any instructions and so it took a few minutes to make sure things would work where I put them and also some assumptions on what to do. Obviously, it worked out...

Needed another set for the dock. They are okay easy to use but I wouldn’t trust a large adult on it afraid that they will pull out of the wood unless you use really long screws.

Purchased these thinking they matched two sets I bought earlier. picture in the ad looked the same but when received they are cheaper made then what came with my ladder and the extra set purchased earlier. The installing screws are smaller and they are not finished as well as the other set I bought for same price. they will do the job but I will use a heavier screw.

Worked perfect for our ladder on pontoon boat. We could put the ladder down on one side but wanted to be able to put ladder on either side. These worked perfect for our boat and ladder.

Took me all of 2 minutes to install. Works great.

It was very hard to get into the slotted brackets , i weigh 220 lbs and the small screws pulled out twice !!!!!!
