Has the manufacturer fixed the flaw where by the nozzle breaks that holds the pump to the FastWasher?

No. Mine broke in storage before first use!

Does it work well with 16oz beer bottles? How many 16oz bottles can I clean at once?

It holds 12 bottles. That is how many you have to wash at a time. You can not wash less than 12 unless you want a mess. 16 oz bottles would work fine.

Should this be used with something like pbw? and if you do, aren't you still stuck slowly rinsing your bottles?

You could drain out the pbw solution and replace it with water

Is the FastRack wine rack included as pictured?

The FastRack is NOT included in the kit. We did not include it as 1000s of people have them already so many users did not need one.
