lack of smoothness
The pen writes well for a few seconds, but then the ink comes out in patches. the writing lacks of smoothness. The packaging was clearly used and resealed with a piece of tape.

Not what I expected. This pen has a plastic body and grip. It came with normal medium tip refill instead of Ultra Fine Navigator shown in picture. This is not a pen to feel proud about it.

Perfect Writing only issue is its not 100% stainless. Plastic part is not durable.
The refill is parfect. (Parker Navigator) Using for one year. Weight and balance is perfect. Only issue is that the pen is not completely stainless. plastic part of the body got cracked.

Warranty is ambiguous
The pen is nice and I used it well for a year. But then the pen while taking out the cap just broke from the centre possibly due to the inferior material or the adhesive . Although there is a warranty for two years.... It's not clear where to take the pen for repairs. Amazon people to are not able to provide any clue as to any contact number or email address. So that warranty for 2 years is very difficult to obtain. ... I finally contacted Luxor office helpline and they assisted me in getting the pen replaced. I am increasing one star now ... The pen is nice.
