Doctor's Best Hyalauronic acid
I am an old guy - 65 years - and have been getting lots of aches and pains. My knees especially cause me grief. Because I am active, it is bothersome to have these aches and pains when I want to be out doing something. I have read that hyalauronic Acid works by acting as a cushion and lubricant in the joints and other tissues. You can google "hyalauronic acid" and read all about it, but there is enough evidence out there that I wanted to give it a try. So, I have been taking it for some time and I have to agree that it is doing something. Besides my skin seeming to have more moisture (my wife started taking it for that reason), I feel it is helping my joint aches and pains a lot. I have an 80 year old friend who has had knee swelling and pain so that he had to quit bowling and golfing. I told him about this stuff and he started taking it and it has helped him a lot. He is back to bowling on my Tuesday night league. He has me order a bottle for him whenever I do refills for myself. So, we have me, my wife, and our friend finding Hyalauronic acid helping us. This is something I will continue to take for years to come as long as it continues to help. People are always commenting on how my wife and I look a lot younger than our 65 years - that we have beautiful skin and walk so easily. I like to think it is because of our healthy lifestyle, and I know this substance is one of the things that has helped us to stay mobile and younger looking.
