Handsome and solid but difficult to repair
The fixtures are beautiful and appear to be of high quality material. However, they are metric and require attachments for installation in the USA. Moreover, according to my plumber, they require a special tool in order to service the ceramic piece. Even with the special tool, they plumber could not remove the ceramic to inspect it. it would be extremely difficult to service the fixture if they were to malfunction. The plumber would have to remove the entire faucet and disassemble it. This would be a costly operation. Finally, because of this, the plumber was unable to confirm or disconfirm whether the ceramic piece is unique to this product or a standard item. If you unique, it would have to be obtained from the manufacturer in Austria.All of this would not be an issue if you live in Austria!
