This product is awesome! Within 24 hours of using it the very first time I didn't wake up coughing. I had less phlegm and could breath without wheezing. Now I have used it for several days and the good results continue!

Cannot replace strange. but mouth is broken.. u should inhale in broken piece. And cannot smell the salt, how it is mentioned in the product. Sadly stuck with it, was so excited to use for my son who has sinus

This inhaler does exactly what it is meant for...There are some that have mentioned a clay taste when first using it. Which it very well may be from the manufacturing process of the inhaler. There is an easy way to rectify that issue though, all you have to do is rinse it out with water before your first use and make sure that it is completely dry before adding your salt. It should be a good practice to rinse anything that you may be inhaling, eating, or applying on yourself anyways.I purchased this for my fiance who has COPD and allergies. It has definitely helped his breathing, the hardest issue is just reminding him to use it since it is something new to him. The best times to get him to use it is in the morning when he is sitting watching the news. So he can just drink his coffee and use his inhaler. Then at night again right before bed when he is sitting in bed watching tv. I am hoping that the benefits will only get better, but they are definitely showing some promise.Also don't expect this to work overnight! That is just not how this works, time before you notice any benefits can vary from person to person. So make sure you give it a chance to work. It is not an alternative to your Dr. ordered meds, but it has reduced my fiances use....I did not get this in trade for a review, I bought this and wanted to give an honest review ; )Also key thing here when ordering salt either purchase refill from same company or order VERY COARSE SALT otherwise anything smaller will be too small. I made that mistake myself so I am making you aware of that, the medium coarse was even too small.

I use this with iodine or finely grinded herbs. Helped to cure a sinus infection in two days. I keep this on hand especially when traveling. I use it as a precaution also.
