Lax'aire Laxative and Lubricant for Dogs and Cats, Gentle Constipation Relief and Hairball Remedy, 3 oz

I have an elderly cat who is nearing end of life. For the past few years he cries when he has a bowel movement and his poops are rock-solid. I have tried everything from switching to wet food (added moisture), etc. and I wish I knew about this sooner! Within two days, kitty was having regular bowel movements and zipping around the house with a new burst of energy. I add 1inch of this product to his food every other day and he gobbles it up! I was initially mixing it in, but now I just put it on top and he eats it with no issue. I also have another cat who eats some of his food and this has not caused any issues for him (bowel-wise), both seem to be happy and feeling good which is of most importance to me.

For me and my cat's experience, this is a wonderful product.It is so good for him I have already ordered another tube of it and will continue to use it.When I first tried it, or rather when my cat first tried it, my cat had been constipated for a week. Vet was very concerned and thought he needed ER visit during a weekend. My cat hates going to the Vet and to try and keep him from being traumatized at going to an ER on the weekend, I had researched this item, saw the great reviews, and decided to give it a try. The first tube arrived on a Sunday and I was thrilled. I gave it to my cat based on the directions, and within an hour he went to the litter box and had a perfect bowel movement. My Vet thinks that was just a coincidence, but I don't think so.I still took him to the Vet though on that Monday though so that he could be examined because of the constipation prior to giving him this. He was still a just a little constipated at that time and had IV fluids to help with the constipation. But instead of having further medical probing, I decided to bring him home and start a routine of giving him this product. It worked perfectly for us. Within a week, and after several days of bowel movements he was feeling great again, and up and playing and happy.I have since been giving it to my cat exactly as per the instructions on box and he now has a regular bowel movement every couple of days which is completely normal for him. And my cat feels wonderful and has not been constipated again. And he loves the taste. As soon as I open the box that the tube is in, my cat comes running for it.To help myself make sure I give him the doses exactly as noted on the box, I give it to my cat on the same days of the week. Has worked perfectly for us. We have been using it now for almost two months, three days a week.NOTE: This was just our experience, someone's else experience may be different, but I am thrilled it worked for us, so is my cat. Meow.

I love this! My picky boy loves it. He has always had tummy issues. He licks my fingers after I give him it to him. He wants more! And it really works.

One Frenchie was having a difficult time pooping. He doesn't have full use of his back legs, so less mobile. I give him a stool softener each morning, but still needed a bit more. Read reviews and chose this product to help him. Took almost half the tube with their directions on dosage, but finally worked. Would buy again but up the dose if I needed to.

This is a wonderful product! It took a few days but then my kitty stopped hacking up furballs...yay!

I ordered this product at my brother's request. He has 2 cats that were having some issues in the litter box. It arrived very quickly and my brother began to administer it right away by following the directions. I would say that he had minimum success using it on his cats for a period of time.

Two Ragdolls. The boy loves it, devours it. The girl runs away. All good, this product works very well. Cats that run put on a front paw as they will lick it off.
