This is my first time writing a review. This has been THE best supplement to help with my autoimmune disease Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wasn't expecting much since every other "anti-inflammatory" supplement I've tried hasn't worked. But surprisingly, only after a few days, I started to feel a difference. I take 2 pills a day (1 with lunch and 1 before I go to bed) I'm not saying my RA disappeared but Peony White extract does reduce your inflammation with zero side effects. I'd say I feel 25% better. Also going "gluten free" has help reduce inflammation another 25%. I'm only 40 years old and I refuse to take drugs that will blow out my immune system and do severe damage to my body. So going GF and taking Peony White extract have been the best alternative to so-called "modern medicine". I just reordered 2 more bottles, totally worth the price. It works for me. Works great for my restless legs!

My dry mouth symptoms persisted for about a month. The only thing new thing I did was a Botox treatment between my eyebrows and about a month later my dry mouth symptoms became almost unbearable. I am not sure if it’s a coincidence or it’s the cause. My saliva came back after 2 bottles, I can feel a huge difference. I took a break from it for about 6 months now. I will go back to it when I feel the need to. Update:4/25/2023 My rheumatologist told me she’ll follow up in one year because my blood work has been normal and I have no symptoms. I started with two pills each day and decrease to 1 pill after my results came back normal for 1 year. I took about 8 bottles in total. Other things I experienced while taking two pills per day were my menstrual cycle was on time each month and my skin was clear of acne.

Definitely not good! The horrible side effects are real!!! First 2 days were ok then poof!!! I have taken white peony before from a different brand and never made me feel so uncomfortable with the runs and loose bowels. It's definitely feels more like a laxative than anything else.
