Kona XL Best Grill Mat - BBQ Grill Mat Covers The Entire Grill - Premium Non-Stick 25"x17"

It fit my barbeque perfectly with just a tiny trim. I love, love, love this grill mat and now have one for all my barbeque grills in my trailer and in my motorhome as well as the grill at home. My boyfriend doesn't appreciate char grilled meat. These grill mats leave grill marks without charring the meat and it leaves no messy grill to clean. Just wipe the grill mat clean once it cooled and wash with soap and water if desired. I can't really say enough good things about it!

I bought this to use on my Ninja woodfire grill XL. The larger size allows you to custom trim to your grill plate size. It is very easy to clean. Does not warp. Really cuts down on time to clean your grill plate. I have not tried this on other cooker types. Great product. Only issue is it comes tightly wrapped in a cylinder shape. Takes some time to get it to lay flat.

My son recommended this product and I’m glad he did. It works well and is nonstick. It keeps food and food juices from burning onto the grill racks and dripping down into the grill, which means no scrubbing racks and trying to get grease and food dripping cleaned up from inside the grill. It’s not hard to clean as long as you don’t let it sit for very long. I made the mistake of waiting a couple of days once and it took a lot of scrubbing to get it clean, so I won’t do that again. All you need to clean it is some regular dish soap and a scrubber sponge, which is a lot better than a grill brush and a lot of elbow grease to clean grill racks of you don’t use the mat. The other good thing with using the mat means not exposing the racks to water all the time and helping to prevent the racks from rusting. You still get the same off the grill flavor and grill lines on your food, for those who have to have the lines lol.

Bought a new grill and wanted to try these out. They are perfect for chicken and smalls on the grill grate. Didn't work too well for me when grilling burgers though. I also bought this to use on a gas stove in the kitchen. It took two of them to cover the stove top. Once I made a pattern of the stove top and cut out the burner sizes it fit great. Makes cleaning the stove a breeze.

This is by far the best grill mat I've ever owned, and I've owned a number of different mats for my gas BBQ.. It's thick and doesn't prevent grill marks on food. It cleans up easily and hasn't shown any signs of wear, I've used it now about a dozen times. I purchased their medium size mats (pkg of 2) and one large mat that covers most of my grill to accommodate a large dinner selection.

$23 for 2 of these? I thought they’d be really rugged and lay flat. These remind me of the thin Kevlar paper that’s used at the bottom of an oven to catch drippings. You could buy a roll of that for $5-$7 a few years back. This is just 2 pieces of that for $23? Really? It doesn’t lay flat. I haven’t used it to test to see if it’s just going to melt on the grill. I was hoping it was more like an actual mat than a piece of butcher block paper. I guess I should try it out and I’ll update if I’m impressed.

Ordered my second of these larger mats. Covers my gas grill surface and prevents fire ups which I had a big problem with before. Thicker than some and the higher temp rating is great. Definitely recommend to others. Not as easy to clean as my older copper mats but really nice.

Just received mine a few days ago. First it looks nothing like the photo. As others have stated it is made of "thin black material which does not have any logo or name." .The surface is not textured. No instructions were included in the Kona box. We used it for the first time last night. We grilled chicken and vegetables (including cut red potatoes) on the mat. We set the temperature at 450 degrees. There were no flames. When the food was tender and my husband was removing the food from the mat, he notice a huge, burned out hole underneath the grilled vegetables. We have a gas grill and the burners are more than 7" away from the grid. I am returning it, of course, but now wonder if these grill mats work at all regardless of the brand. This was a disappointment to be sure and we wasted an entire meal because I feared the food might be contaminated by the melted hole in the grill mat. Too dang scary for me. Maybe mine was just defective but what is really interesting is that the mat they send you looks exactly like their photo of "cheap, flimsy" mats that they warn you not to buy. Weird. I will try to attach a photo to this review.

Surprisingly good quality. No flare‑ups, no mess, and everything cooks evenly. I use them every time now.

Très satisfait de ce tapis de cuisson, on retrouve l'effet plancha sur un barbecue aucune fumé ne viennent toucher vos viande très bon pour la santé et en plus les viandes reste juteuses parfait, je recommande cet achat au amateurs de barbecues traditionnel Mais Attenion après plusieurs utilisations de ce tapis il se trou, avec les flammes du charbon. il ne doit pas avoir de flamme qui risque de brûler alors pour sa je retire une étoile car non précisé sur l'emballage désolé Donc faite très attention prévoir un pulvérisateur pour éteindre les flammes si non tout est parfait

Warum stehen immer nur so viele negative Rezensionen im Netz. Es ist nur eine Grillmatte und bei mir ist sie top. Ich habe einen 10 Kw Gastrogrill und die Matte macht was sie soll: Sie stinkt nicht, sie verkokelt nicht, sie lässt sich ganz einfach reinigen. Mit Haushaltspapier abwischen, etwas Fettreiniger, abwischen, fertig fürs nächste Mal. Endlich macht das Grillen richtig Spaß: Fleisch, Würstchen, Spieße, Paprika, Tomaten Zwiebeln, SPIEGELEI, alles ist auf einmal möglich. Im Hinterkopf: Der Grill ist in 5 Minuten sauber. Meine Erfahrungen nur positiv, und, warum soll die Matte woanders NICHT so funktionieren wie bei mir.?
