Good quality good for rehab work and warmups if you want to use it for strength training I would consider going one strength up even for primary age kids.

Good ones. These are the same brand the physical therapists use where I live. Strong and last a long time. Eventually theyll rip, but the quality is good. 5'6" 188lbs. I stretch using these every morning.

I bought this to use in my Pilates classes. On the second usage, one of my bands snapped! Thought I was buying quality bands, but not looking good so far.
