This is my second one I’ve bought in the last ten months or so, purely because I make my own homemade creams and needed another to make a slightly different batch. This is a great mixer, it’s sturdy, strong and safe due to the strong suction caps underneath which prevent any accidental tipping. It’s not too noisy but it’s not silent, I have no issues with that. The various tools are easily interchangeable and can be washed in the dishwasher, although I only use the one for mixing to make organic face/body creams. I also wash the bowl in the dishwasher with no problems at all. The mixing bowl is a good size which allows me to make a whole load of creams at once. The mixing ability is perfect for my use and they look clean and modern on my kitchen units. I have never had any issues with the first one and I’m sure I won’t have any with this one either. Value for money- yes absolutely. I would definitely recommend this unit.

This has a lovely big bowl, as the mixers on the market now.. their bowls are so small. I love the splatter cover on top, that is a very handy feature and really appreciated. The only downside I would say is that this mixer is not as powerful as the kenwood mixer I had that was used when I was a little girl till now mature woman, but they don’t make things like they used to anymore, so I would highly recommend this. It is aesthetically really nice also and completely delivers on appearance in all areas. The bowl is robust and I really have no complaints. It is nice that it has suction pads as my old mixer used to rock all over the place. This is a nice buy, and I physically looked in shops before I ended up buying this online; I am not disappointed, and it is half the price of it competitors. It is lightweight also, my previous one weighed a ton. Or is as easy as any other mixer to clean, this mixer has some alternative settings for pasty and dough I think (I just use for cake), so it is quite versatile. Great size. Looks good. Only used for sponge so far

Although the operation of it is quiet, it doesn't really mix the ingredients very well. Making buttercream was a bit of an ordeal; had to keep stopping the machine to scrape the butter down to the beater. Gave up in the end and used a hand held mixer. Making a sponge cake (a recipe that I have used many, many years) gave the same problem and the texture of the sponge was disappointing. Not a fan of this product I'm afraid.

I cant believe its been two years since I purchased this mixer it still looks and functions as if its brand new! I've never experienced any issues and It mixes so well and gets the job done within a fraction of the time. It's made baking so much easier! It's completely normal to have to scrape the sides down when using a mixer I'm shocked at how many reviews have complaint about that, and its honestly only ever a small amount that needs scraping if you scrape down the sides every now and then it wont affect your batter or cake mix. Extremely sturdy maybe even too sturdy as it can be difficult to lift of the counter at times. Definitely worth the money. Can be quite heavy at times I'd move it before putting ingredients in if necessary.

I have bought this item for my wife as a Xmas present, we have taken it out of the box and this plug for this is not AU, there is nothing in the description that states what sort of plug this is, and now this has been a waste of money as we can’t use it

Works great, low speed setting are great for dough. Made making pizza dough effortless

The speed controller got damaged. And when I contacted the customer care I realized this product doesn't have warranty. Nor I have got any response from the supplier. If your outside UK I advice you not to buy.
