Ich war auf der suche nach einer leisen HDD für meinen Desktop-PC. Vorher werkelte eine 2TB 3,5" HDD in dem PC. Diese war allerdings unerträglich laut. Deshalb habe ich mich dazu entschieden, eine 2,5 Zoll HDD einzusetzen. Die Entscheidung fiel auf die 2,5" Seagate Barracuda mit 3TB Speicher. Der erste Eindruck ist super! Die Festplatte ist kaum hörbar. Kann die gegenteiligen Rezensionen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich gebe nur jedem den Tip, die HDD beim einbauen vernünftig "abzufedern" (z.B. Gummi-Unterlegscheiben zwischen HDD und HDD-Einbaurahmen), damit die Vibrationen nicht auf das PC-Gehäuse übertragen werden - dann klappt's auch mit der geringen Lautstärke". Zur Leistung der HDD siehe Benchmark-Screenshot im Anhang. Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden.

Cloned the original spin drive in 30mins and it worked perfectly. Computer boots up in seconds and accesses information lightning fast. Well worth the price!

Pour un NAS "domestique" offre une belle capacité de stockage. Le temps de réponse n'est pas celui d'un vrai disque pour NAS, mais reste largement suffisant pour un serveur à la maison. Les disques 2,5 consomment 4 fois moins que les 3,5 c'est la raison du choix pour cet usage
