Can you glue concrete blocks together

You can glue concrete blocks together but would not use on like a wall construction

Is this water-based? We need a water based adhesive for ceiling tiles, per manufacturer.

Thank you for the question. Loctite Power Grab Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive is a latex, water-based adhesive, however, this product is not designed for overhead installations without a mechanical support system and therefore would not be recommended for ceiling tile applications.

Can this product be used on outside porch to hold foam ceiling panels?

Will hold all sorts of stuff. It is a great multi adhesive.

Did yours come with a cap? Seems like the cost-cutting is getting riddiculous...

No caps not sure what cost cutting is I am guessing you mean they plug up and can’t use at a later date. When I use some and have some in tube I screw a red wire nut on it release the caulking gun pressure too. If it plugged tight I use a 3 inch construction screw or Phillips screwdriver to push down in to get it flowing. Seldom waste much. I have bought dozens for construction hone use. I am diy not a pro. It’s a great product we have come along way I n the adhesives from just liquid nails. Etc... you might try to simply leave a screw in the tip to block air. Again a block tip can be cleared by reopening with a screwdriver or long screw. Long screws are good😂
