What is the diameter of the gage? Another model says " larger 2 inch display dial". 
(Premium Tire Pressure Gauge - Large Dial)  Is this dial also 2"

The Flexi-Pro tire gauge display dial is identical to the TireTek Premium model with a diameter of 2". Whereas most standard mechanical tire pressure gauges are traditionally 1.5" in diameter. The extra half an inch makes a big difference in the ease and accuracy of taking tire pressure readings, particularly in poor light. The other advantage is that will hold the reading until released, so you have the convenience of being able to take a pressure reading and then take the gauge to a better lighted area to view if neccessary. I live in a very cold area.  What is the lowest temperature this can be stored at in my car?

Can you air down tires with this gauge?

Yes... easiest way is to overinflate a bit, and then bleed the excessive with the small push button valve.  Note that while you'e bleeding the air, the gauge reading will read incorrectly.  I have two of these - one 0-60 for my motorcycle, and a 0-100 psi one for our truck. Would definitely buy again.
