Best corer I’ve owned! Easy use even with arthritic hands. Works perfectly, cleanly cut down and through apples, easy release of core, easy to wash, just be careful of sharp end, rinses easily. Happy I finally found this!

Does the job and makes it easy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the protective cap for the sharp blade is to easy to loose which I did after the 1st use. They should provide you with several caps.

A friend gave me about 300 apples from her trees that she couldn't eat. She knew I have a freeze dryer and she asked if I would like to freeze dry some apples. I told her to bring them today! She did. Wow! What a haul! So I had to prepare the apples for processing in the freeze dryer and I really didn't have anything, any of the necessary tools, to prep these apples. I went online and started looking for coring tools and peeling tools. I found both. This one is the coring tool and when I got it, I went to work. I didn't want something that might slip with my hands being wet and the possibility of slicing my hand with the tool. Well, this thing works so well, I never even came close to hurting myself while using it. And it cores the apples with ease. the odd-shaped handle fits your hand perfectly and allows you to twist the tool which cuts through the apple flesh with ease. If you have a bunch of apples to core and you want a tool that works for that purpose, this is the one I recommend. It works very well and I think you will like it.

I dehydrate a 5 gallon bucket of apples and the same for pears. That requires taking the core out. I bought 2 of these corers so I would have a spare. They made a hard job easy. It went right through the fruit and cut my prep time considerably. I would purchase this again.

I had a tool that would core apples and cut them into quarters, but for some recipes I wanted to slice the apples after coring them. This works perfect for that purpose and I also use it to core persimmons before cooking or dehydrating them.

If you want to remove the cork from your apple while looking like a super cool human being then this is the product for u! I will never look back at my amateur days of using a knife again!!

Have been using this for 3 months consistently for my 3 kids’ lunches and it’s awesome! It’s sharp and easy to use. I rinse it with hot water and carefully wipe it dry and put the little cap back on the end of the teeth. Just be careful when wiping it, it is very sharp!

Put it in the centre of an apple, a little push and pushed on handle with more pressure and instantly cored the apple! I was concerned when I saw it as I'm 79 and issues with my hands. It's so easy to use! I am very pleased with it. Well made also.
