MAYBE. It might work, it might not. RAM is always intended to be used as the kit was originally sold, and some motherboards/CPU combinations may reject any unintended config in the form of blue screens/crashes (something I've personally dealt with in the past). Ideally, you should either purchase a new set of 64gb RAM, or just continue using the 32gb.
