Good Product
This is a good product from 3M. However, note that the broom will slowly lose its bristles. I have been using it for 6 months, and I think I will have to replace it after a year of usage. I think this is fine for this kind of product.

A very convenient brush. Helps to quickly sweep away dust. Unfortunately, it arrived to me in a dirty condition, as if it had been used before.

Bent and faulty
Item did not come in a box instead tightly wrapped in cling wrap- the bottom was warped and bent making it impossible to collect dirt . Must be a result from storing the product incorrectly and extreme heat / or selling faulty products

Terrible quality do not use
Awful and not fit for purpose - firstly the mop was packaged so tightly I couldn’t even get all the plastic off and it’s still remaining on the mop: more importantly the dust pan is terrible and doesn’t actually work when you sweep into it as it’s so flimsy it doesn’t reach the ground. Mess goes everywhere.
