Excellent product easy to assemble

Very effective but the power cable is ridiculously short when used with floor stand.

Brilliant item for the price. The different settings are easy to adjust and were perfect for those evenings as they turn chilly. Good all round heat and you don’t need to be sat directly under it to benefit. It is easy to put together and sturdy you don’t feel like it is going to fall.

Firstly no instructions, there are 8 bolts fastened to the base four of which are used to fasten bottom pole to base. The remaining two poles have three fastening points in them and no fasteners included. Also the remains four bolts you would have thought would be ok to use. this is not the case as they a different screw thread. Fortunately I had some in the garage I could use. As regards the heat output it’s rubbish. Cable length too sort. Would I buy again, absolutely not.

Easy to put together. It's bigger than I expected which is great and we use it for the gazebo on the patio. The heat it radiates is brilliant. It's got 3 settings and a pull cord and you can change the height. The highest it goes is over 7ft. Highly recommended. Great purchase.

It was very easy to put together and it worked like a telescope the pole can go up higher or down lower, The head attached to the pole and can adjust slightly, but the attachment is a little flimsy, it hasn’t been used that much yet so it will be remaining to be seen how long it lasts in being able to adjust position without breaking off. However it definitely plugged in and worked immediately, gave off good heat for the patio and was easily stored away again! I would recommend it
