Purchased from "Amazon.com Services, Inc ". Exp. 01/31/26. I purchased these to be the 'zinc' part of the 'lower zinc' version of the AREDS2 formula made from individual "parts" (Individual Lutein/Zeaxanthin, Zinc, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C supplements). The reason I didn't want to use an existing 'AREDS2' formula is that the ones I found have a lot of zinc for daily use. (My understanding is that the 'Upper Tolerable Limit' for Zinc is about 40 mg/day for daily use. And above that limit there is a risk of not being able to absorb enough copper from your diet over time, etc.). At any rate I'm very happy with these. Pros: *) I find that to my taste these are the best tasting gummies of the various ones I've tried so far. I can not taste anything other than the berry (although your mileage may vary). *) I think they have a nice texture. Easy to chew and dissolves fairly quickly. *) If you are looking at the 'lower-dose Zinc' AREDS2 these match fairly well for Zinc at one 11 mg gummie twice a day for 22 mg / day. Cons: The main con I can think of is that as a gummie they do have some sugar in them, which is not a knock on these in particular. The label says these have about 1.5 grams of added sugar per gummie so that seems about the same as others I've seen. In my case I only found the desired strengths (on the lower side actually) for Vitamin C and Zinc in gummies, so I end up having to take four 10 calorie gummies a day. So that adds some extra sugar to my diet.

I take these daily throughout the winter. I also ordered them for my 91 year-old mom. The extra zinc helps our immune system. Stay strong. Excellent quality product. They taste good. I’m a repeat customer. I’ve taken the same brand for over three years. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried plenty of supplements that I eventually stop taking simply because they’re unpleasant or inconvenient, but these have been very easy to work into my daily routine. The mixed berry flavor is genuinely enjoyable without making them feel overly sweet, which makes consistency much easier. I especially like having something simple to reach for during the colder months when I’m more mindful about supporting my immune system. The 120-count bottle also lasts a good amount of time, so I’m not constantly replacing it. What I appreciate most is the combination of convenience, taste, and a brand I feel comfortable purchasing. Supplements only make sense if you’ll actually take them consistently, and this is one I have no problem remembering to use. Overall, a solid addition to my everyday wellness routine.

I liked the taste. The texture could use some work, a certain amount of jaw strength is required. Pretty sure it helped my immune system; cold and flu season came and went and i still havent gotten sick. However i do support my immune system with other things so, idk

Easy in your stomach

I could not believe how delicious these are when I first opened the bottle, they taste like candy and the texture is perfect. I decided to try zinc mainly to help my acne, and so far it has made a surprisingly huge difference. why hadn't I tried this earlier?!

I was very pleased with the price and was glad I purchased the Zink gummies my Dr. said would help with healing! The Berry flavor is the best one to purchase as be careful not to purchase the Grapefruit flavor as it can cause problems with the medicines you might be taking! Polly G

Top!!! Ich mag eigentlich keine Gummibärchen aber die schmecken super lecker, haben auch eine eher weichere Konsistenz und natürliche Inhaltsstoffe. Andere Zinktropfen hatte ich nicht vertragen, die haben gebrannt im Mund und ich will gar nicht wissen was wir bauchschmerzen sie verursacht hätten, wenn ich sie genommen hätte. Und zu wissen, ob man Immunsystem sich bessert muss ich abwarten. Ich fühle mich aber schon nach drei Tagen Einnahme gelassener.

geschmacklich einwandfrei, kleben leider sehr stark zusammen in der Dose. Leider habe ich zu spät bemerkt, dass ich als Pollenallergikerin auch auf Bienenwachs mit starken allergischen Reaktionen wie Herzrasen, Atemnot, Schnupfen, Niesen reagiere; ich musste es daher absetzten und verschenken. die orale Aufnahme von Vitaminen über die direkte Aufnahme über die Schleimhäute ist aber sicher effektiver als über den Darm, wenn man Aufnahmestörungen hat. ich würde daher empfehlen, die Gummies ein bisschen einzuspeicheln, bevor man sie schluckt, damit sie gleich direkt über die Schleimhäute wirken können.
