These are great! These mask liners are great. I do not suck the mask in when I am breathing through my mouth or coughing. I have some breathing issues and a chronic cough. Believe me if I can wear a mask there is no reason for anyone to not wear a mask.

I had to give this product 4 stars, because I only received 15 pieces & not 16 pieces as promised. Quality seems to be sturdy & also delivered in a timely matter. I purchased this item before, but from a different vendor. These seem a little more sturdy. I love using them for the extra breathing space it creates between my face & the mask. The best part is that it prevents my eye glasses from fogging up when worn.
