Works great!
This really works for me. I use it on and off when needed. I started out a few years ago. I had to use 6 with meals, now I don't have to go above 3 or 4. I will say I never want to run out.

This works great to take after a large meal or if person has digestion issues. Improves HCL for proper digestion and increases absorption of nutrients, especially needed as we age.

I am trying to consume amino acids that assist in fat burning. i like that I don't feel edgy on this but I don't know if it's "helping" really.

Works great!
I have acid reflux and really bad heartburn all the time. I take up to 7 per meal to stop the heartburn. You know you have taken enough when you feel a warm feeling in your stomach. It may only take you 2 pill depending on how low your acid is in your stomach and the pain you are having. These work really good for me. Don't take them if you have an ulcer. It will burn the ulcer and make things worse for you. If you have an ulcer try a glass of cabbage juice every day for 14 days and it should clear up. God Bless

Magic for digestion problems
I struggle with digestion problems like bloating, burping, and illness after I eat just about anything. I take two of these before a meal and they make SUCH a difference. At first, they helped but didn’t seem like a miracle, BUT I noticed a serious difference when I didn’t take them before eating. Definitely recommend if you have any of the same problems with food
