It leaks!
Took us ages to get around to fitting it, and I bought 4, 1 for each of our bathrooms, and one of them leaks so badly it is unusable. Very fed up. Now I need to order another unit and can't get a refund because I bought it 10 months ago :( so annoying. Just poor quality. It's the actual mechanism which wont close, not a seal or anything, so it's like its permanently on and dripping.

Great quality and the best one I've used. I didn't personally install it but the builders say they had no problem with it. The power of it is very strong and easily adjustable. Well worth the money

Very hit and miss…
I’m an installer and I’ve ordered a few of these and had nothing but trouble with a few of them. I recently returned one because it was dripping from the nozzle. I ordered another one and now this one is leaking from the back of the handle… a manufacturing issue clearly.
