I've had this handy little device for a little over two weeks and decided to take advantage of using it during our stay at home orders from Covid-19. The first night I opened it I measured both arms, upper legs/thighs and around my stomach. I began an exercise routine using only resistance bands and sit-ups for 16 nights in a row and jotted down the measurements. I was floored that in just a little over two weeks, I toned up my muscles by 1/4" to 1/2" in all areas mentioned! If I didn't actually measure them with this device, I don't know if I would've even noticed the difference, so I was thrilled with that. The handheld device is so convenient and has a locking mechanism so that you can accurately measure all areas with ease. You simply pull the tape measure out and lock it into the notch and take your measurement, and when you're finished, you press the button and the tape automatically retracts. The black numbers are so easy to read with inches on one side and centimeters on the other. This particular brand comes with an additional tape measure for a variety of other uses around the house. The spare tape measure also comes with a handy storage case. I invited my friend to do the exercise routine along with me and found it so convenient to pop in my bag to bring with me and take her measurements as well. When I looked over all the different measuring devices, I looked for ease of use, accuracy and price and this one is has a 5-star rating in all three categories and is an excellent value. I can't think of any cons relating to this particular brand and I would recommend it to friends and others as a great motivator for toning up.

Once I found out how to use this measuring tape, I've not only used it on myself, but also on my dogs as I try to figure which size harness they need. It's so simple and yet so useful!

Malísimo, es una lotería, si te viene el lado de las pulgadas por afuera no tienes manera de cambiarlo, con lo que la medida de centímetros resulta inútil, y si lo abres para cambiar la cinta de lado, es imposible volver a montarlo por qué se fastidia la cinta muelle que recoge la cinta y el boton

It's the best tape measure . Love it. Easy to put around your body and hook it in to measure your weight or legs and arms. Excellent. Must have if you need to measure your self.
