What is this product used for exactly the 20A 4 Terminal 79 mm??

It is a junction box for electrical cables. To feed different electrical circuits.

20a 4 terminal,because i took down a ceiling light and fitted a led batten light, now i've got bare copper and an exposed ceiling cavexposed ceiling c

i am not an electrician but i don't believe you need as heavy as a 20 amp. lighting is lower than that. but you should not have any exposed BARE Copper wires - at least put some insulating tape around them or if they touch or get too close they will blow the house electrics. you can buy earth sheathing, usually green and yellow striped to cover the bare earth wire, but use good quality insulated tape for the rest of the cables- if covering is falling off - Change the wiring - you could be about to have a house fire - be careful with electric - ask a Professional for advice, seriously, bare cables are dangerous
