This is a great book. I was afraid it might be too basic as I’ve owned and built rental properties for 14 years. But it was extremely informative. The book gives realistic numbers and provides pros and cons to the many ways to approach this. The book also provided ideas for me to implement on a going forward basis. Things I had never thought of despite devoting lots of time and money to rental property investing. I’m very glad I read the book and highly recommend it to anyone interested in owning rental properties, even if you are already involved in owning and want to expand or just get better at it.

Some decent info for real, predominantly for American market. However, it is somewhat hard to read because the author repeats himself often - it looks like it was not edited. And whenever I pick up a book where the author hasn't heard of the "justified" text alignment it looks unprofessional. To give Mark credit, in the book closing he says that his main goal was to give great info in his book, not to be grammatically correct and pay too much attention to grammar and the way he says things.
