The can basically stripped itself. Yes the motor was secured correctly, the mesh wasn't to tight it had just the right amount of give. I ran the thing on 2s 1400 30C lipo. This was awful quality. I guess I was expecting more. However for the 5 minutes I ran the motor it had great speed with and 18t pinion.

Well I was a little disappointed when I opened it and seen that tiny motor. It's says in description that it will work for the Traxxas la tenton and the losi mini-t and there is no way that this little ass motor would ever work in those. I was going to put it in my wltoys 144001 but there's no way I would do that it would be ridiculous. But I have a tiny drift truck I put it in and it went in perfect no problems at all and man I tell you what it fly's this little truck is awesome now. So all in all it's a good buy

Was giving it a little run thru the yard and it just stopped working gonna look into getting a brushless traxxas esc sometime I’m thinking it might’ve burnt out but it had happened like 3 mins into the run so I’m thinking it just took a crap, tested the motor and that still runs so is def the esc it worked good while it did but I don’t think I’ll buy another if it will only last a few month I believe

I installed this in a LaTrax Teton 4wd/AWD. It was pretty fast before. The thing is it comes stock with a motor that has brushes and rocks can get inside and freeze it up. After a couple times of that happening it burnt up. So I purchased this and it is ridiculous! I honestly can't believe how fast this is. It just has so much more power than stock!

Matched up and installed great. Might be 5 Stars if I would have remembered to order the LiPo battery and charger too.

I installed this brushless system on my Latrax Teton and so far I'm happy with it. The motor and esc both fit perfectly in latrax vehicles without any modification, just make sure you put loctite on the pinion gear and motor mount screws. This definitely isn't the most powerful brushless system out there but for the price it has plenty of power, definitely more then a stock teton has.
