Ram prices are horrid but never had a problem with these ram sticks even for ddr4 they worked so well never had stutters they were easy to use the software was easy to acces to change the rgb

I too like some other people got the blue screen of death on first boot, I replaced 4 sticks of fury for two sticks of corsair. A simple fix tbh, got into bios and reset the xmp profile, press F10 and it will restart. All good. The icue software however is a pain on a Asus board, conflicting with what software wants to control the rgb. Anyway the ram is just as fast as the fury it replaced only on two sticks instead of four. A thing to remember is it's quite tall, taller than the fury ram it replaced, I was lucky In that I replaced the cooler (had an air cooler before) to give more clearance for the ram

I have been running these in my home work desktop, running 6950x and Asus x99-ews I run them exp to 3200mhz. They wouldn’t need to be overclocked with a newer motherboard. I just can’t justify updating my old work machine as it works fine for now.

No need to speak of Corsair's RAM superiority, they're fantastic value and performance and this is the classic value combination for Zen 2 Ryzen CPUs (3200 MHz, CL16, dual channel). I actually downgraded my clocking frequency because I noticed no particular advantage of 3600MHz+CL18 vs this version (I doubled my capacity however) I specifically bought the RGB version because it was reduced in price to lower than the non-RGB version (who would pay more for less, right?). What can I say, it's super dope! I never thought I would care as much, but once you try out iCue from Corsair, you really get stuck on the RGB customization. It's fun for sure even if I don't usually stare at my PC. I would pay max 10€ extra for the RGB, but this really was a bargain...

It is RAM there is not much to say about it other than it runs stable as it should at the rated XMP profile without any issues. The appearance is subjective to your build so I cannot say anything about that other than the RGB are nice and bright, sometimes even feeling too bright at times.
