TOP QUALITY
I use this in my bread making at least twice a week. Great quality and great results. CAUTION.. this is a super light Oat Fibre and you will need to tweak your recipe as you will need more than stated. I contacted the manufacturer who were helpful but there advice wasn't accurate so I used a free online Ai tool...simply put in the quantity my recipe required and the brand of Oat Fibre and it gave me a perfect conversion which gave fantastic results. I should add that I do have reservations concerning the wider implications of Ai but in this case it was invaluable

Brilliant product! Excellent for Keto pasta.
I’m so pleased I found this. I’ve been following a ketogenic lifestyle for a few years now and the one thing I really miss is pasta. I was sceptical about how the pasta would turn out but I was blown away with the results. I made lasagna and my husband (who isn’t on Keto) said he would never have known it wasn’t pasta if I hadn’t told him. He loved it. Last night I made my first batch of fettuccine to have with bolognese and it was amazing! This oat fibre will definitely be a staple in my Keto ingredients from now on. Initially I thought the fluffy, cotton like texture would be really weird but it mixes in perfectly and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great product but beware of bowel problems!
Great for cooking and baking but beware, without the addition of some soluble fibres in your diet, you’ll find yourself EXTREMELY constipated if you eat a lot of this and not much else. Other than that though, this product is really good

Makes a truly healthy breakfast.
The basis of my over night oats, I add a multitude of other seeds and nuts and fruits. I'm happy in the knowledge that I'm doing my best to please my gut biome.

Brilliant, highly recommend.
Good to add into your yogurt makes it thicker and more filling. Helps keep your bowel movements regular. Great for baking with, adds bulk without any calories. Absolutely love how many uses you can get out off this. Really good price as a little goes a long way.

Good quality and light texture, nice for baking and adding more fibre
Good quality and works really well to add more fibre to dishes. Absorbs well. I use it with eggs and it makes a nice fluffy omelette or pancake without needing to use flour.

To fluffy for my bread recipe
To light and fluffy, my bread recipe was a disaster. I've since found the original Oat fibre I had previously.
