Get container with it.
Overpriced, overhyped. No container and my dog destroyed it with seconds. No refunds no service but order 2nd one and container. Like any exercise equipment-- use or lose. Originally < years ago> product came with container. Worked for YEARS. Get cleaning wipes like cpap mask cleanor or alcohol < may shorten lifespan>

Excellent lung exerciser, really works.
Well, breathing certainly improves energy levels. My last pulmo visit showed a decline; two weeks with this Breather has made a huge difference. Requires little time and the online monitor is great for correcting breath pacing and recording results. My next pulmo visit is in Sept,, by which time I should have Super Lungs. Max results for min money.

Good quality
After reading instructions I called customer service to confirm procedure for using the device. Have only been using it a week but feel it is beneficial .

The Breather is far and above better than the bedside device with the floating ball.

Great product
What a simply designed, great product, if used as directed. Easy to clean. FYI. When exhaling, very important to push really hard with abdominal muscles to get out every last little bit of air in the lungs if you want to experience maximum benefit from using this device. When you think all the air is gone, keep pushing more and more. I experienced a need to cough after each "exhale pushing attempt," which was great because each cough expressed out some unwanted "moisture" in my Bronchial Tube and or lungs.
