Life changer
My husband and I have been taking these for 4 years now and it has been a life changer for us. We are in our 40s and we have much more energy! And more importantly we are able to exercise more AND recover very quickly from exercise. Interestingly, an old broken bone that used to hurt stopped hurting when taking these. I had to stop them for two months and the bone started hurting again; and the pain dissappeared when I got back on Tru Niagen.
