Misleading pricing and unhelpful customer service I ordered this cat food at £10.98, reasonably assuming (based on similar products) it was a larger multipack. I actually received only 12 sachets (1200g). A few days later the exact same item was listed at just £4.19. When I raised this with customer service and provided a screenshot, they first deleted my message, then responded defensively. They claimed “you saw the price,” accused me of ignoring messages, and when I pointed out the massive price drop they replied “That is the price which Morrisons is selling for. Not us.” Whether it’s Morrisons or the seller, the pricing tactic feels like dynamic pricing designed to catch customers out. The poor value and rude customer service mean I will not buy from this seller again. Morrisons will lose money by outsourcing to these people. But then, that's corporate values for you.

Was very disappointed with this for box of 12 £16 49 far to expensive thought was for 40 but when 12 arrived and delivery charge £4 something outrageous

My cat really didn't like these and bought two boxes 😢, has no other issues with other supermarkets brands. The meat looks very dark in colour like it was made from years ago doesn't look appetising for the human eye.

My cat is VERY fussy but really enjoys this cat food. It has more looser jelly than other brands and I do have to cut the chunks up a little but he clears the bowl. I've used this to mix with other brand flavours he doesn't like too.
