If you want something basic, cheap, that is plug and play, this is for you. Im taking a few language courses and I wanted something I could use with my online tutors as well as free online programs. This fits for my purpose. Its not fancy. It did arrive packed in a bubble envelope with nothing else to protect it. That worried me a bit, but I got lucky and nothing was wrong with it.

I listened to music on my phone, I also use it for recording on my phone, TikTok, YouTube... And the wire is already going in and out, I can only hear in one ear unless I wiggle and manipulate the wire chord connection... And it won't stay. I've only had it around a month or two...

These are decently built, comfortable enough, and sound quality is pretty ok. They have usbc at the end of the plug (the oval one) so it fit my application just fine.

What I received did not work. For the price wasn’t worth the drive to return. Received $3 dollars refund. Ended up in the garbage. Could have been just a bad item. BTW. The headband came broken, but snapped back together.

These headphones have an amazing quality microphone. that's what I was looking for. I was told it was broadcast quality the way people could hear me. the audio is flgreat on my side too. I really like that there's no heavy gizmo in between the headphones and the phone plug and that the phone plug is USB C so no bulky adapter is required. easy 5 star product

The clarity of the sound coming through the headset was nice and clear. HOWEVER, I do t know why they bothered putting a mic on this. No one could understand me when I tried to communicate via the mic. But, as my daughter said...you get what you pay for! For $13.99 I guess I was expecting more...or maybe it got damaged because it was delivered in a plastic bubble bag...no box.

I usually don't write reviews. When I do, it's because a product actually solves my problem. You see, almost all the headset you find on Amazon all comes with a few buttons, and "long press here to turn on" and "push that button to pause/play" that kind of stuff. All that does is to confuse the consumer. I need to buy a headset for a senior family member, I cannot teach them to do "long press" here and "pause/play" there. I need a headset that behaves like an old school headset: just plug it in and it works! This headset does JUST THAT! No buttons, no manual to read, just plug into your phone and it works! If you get frustrated by electronics designed by engineers who don't understand consumers, buy this headset!

Headphones are exactly what I needed for use with IPAD. They are comfortable and sound is good.

Muß jetzt hier kurz auch mal meinen Senf dazugeben. Nachdem ich ein recht teures Jabra-Headset gekauft hatte (Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Headset mit USB-C Kabel) und das ein Reinfall war (schickes Äußeres, Kabel auf der falschen Seite, Headset rumdrehen ging nicht, da die Bewegungsfreiheit des Mikroarmes es nicht zulies. Kabel zu steif mit lauten Berührungsgeräuschen) hatte ich es entnervt wieder retourniert und mir dann das im Moment billigste USB-C Headset bestellt - in der Erwartung daß es eigentlich schlechter nicht mehr werden kann. Das Kensington ist ein leichtes solide verarbeitetes Gerät, das angenehm und nicht zu fest auf den Ohren sitzt. Man kann es mit Kabel nach links + rechts tragen - Mikroarm lässt sich entsprechend weit drehen. Der Mikroarm ist dazu länger und gut biegbar (der von Jabra war zu kurz und nicht biegbar). Das Wichtigste: Der Gesprächspartner versteht mich gut (Macbook -> Citrix -> Windows -> Skype) beim Jabra war ich nicht zu verstehen (Tonsalat).
