Franklin Sports Portable Outdoor Pickleball Net - Regulation Size 22' Foot Net with Travel Bag

For this price I was expecting a sagging net and flimsy supports. Even the product photo looks like it's sagging. But we bought it and it is amazingly good. There is a center support to prevent sagging. The support poles aren't the thickest but they are more that sufficient. The whole thing takes only 3 mins to set up. This net is a great value.

We purchased this portable pickleball net for our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons a few months ago when they moved into a new home. Their concrete driveway is large enough for a full sized pickleball court. We have set the net up and played pickleball with it multiple times. What I like: 1) easy to assemble, 2) the top of the net has Velcro straps at each end which hold the top of the net tight, 3) the net does not sag, 4) the center support keeps the entire frame stable, and 5) the wheels work great, making it easy to move the net and frame when not playing. We use the wheel locks to keep the net stationary; they are easy to set. I really don't have anything negative to say about this product. It is certainly worth the price.

We’ve used this net once. Easy set up. The frame as well as the net seem to be sturdy. What we don’t care for is that one must use the wheels as part of the 36” net regulation height. (We only wanted wheels as an option. However, they lock in place and the net did not move during play. ) This all being said, we could not get the net higher than 35.5” in height. We tried to adjust several times without success. Our other comment is that it’s tricky to get it all back in the bag. It’s quite the puzzle, the bag could be a bit larger.

It works, easy to set up. Kind of weak but it is a portable net so dont expect high stability.

Loves this net and frame. Just a shame the frame is slightly larger than our pickle ball court. Wish it could be adjusted to fit the court. We’ve had it nearly a year and it’s still in good condition considering the Arizona heat.

This is a great net for our driveway pickleball court. It’s very solid and well made, and easy to put up and take down. Also great customer service with Franklin.

favorite nets for moving in and out of the gym

Franklin is a trusted brand and for $200 we expected a high quality product to use in our middle school PE gym. After a fairly easy set up, we were excited to have these nets on wheels. Unfortunately they didn't last long (less than 3 days) before the wheels started to fail. The wheels screw into the base and the base ins't strong enough for the weight and the wheels collapse into the base, causing them to not function/roll properly. They become useless. We called Franklin customer and they sent us replacement bases immediately (within a few days). We immediately replace the failed bases with the new ones. Shockingly, the same thing happened! It happened to all of our Franklin pickleball nets in this order. They must be lemons, as so many people speak pretty highly of these. We had to return them as they weren't able to roll appropriately.

Easy to assemble, but it would be better if a spanner 🔧 were included to tighten the wheels. One bungee cord arrived cut, and the tip of one rod was dented—I had to use pliers to fix it so it could fit into the other rod

This product was easy to assembly and we are happy with the quality. Locking wheels is very handy!

Similar frame design as other competitive options, but more sturdy with the locking pins, and stronger netting. All for a better price.

Using it for two seasons now, mild rusting at the T-base, no other issues.

Tbe net is super easy to assemble thanks to the bungee cords that keep the poles together. The net must be plaved after the net poles are inserted and must be done from both ends at the same time. Otherwise, it's a breeze to assemble and take down. The net is tight as it should be at the top (many nets begin sagging). My only complaint is that the wheels are somewhat easy to bend - do not step on the end bases to pull the net out or it will bend the wheels.
